Dotty about trees
Vitrafol recently completed a complex dot design installation portraying subtle round pixelations of a tree photograph.
The images cover a series of glass atrium facades being part of a new commercial estate in Berkshire. Using various percentages of white enables the designer to achieve frosted effects without the need for cutting out any film.
VF Digital was used for this project enabling unprinted areas to remain as optically clear as before the film was fitted, eliminating UV by 99% as well as adding bomb-blast grade safety to the glass.
