Emplas has a new thermoplastic durable low maintenance composite door, manufactured with pre-finished faces that will never need painting and are highly resistant to scratches. It has high specification subframe and inner core that is completely sealed to prevent warping or bowing and has been designed to provide greater energy efficiency than traditional timber doors

Available in range of finishes including woodgrain and a variety of colour options, the new entrance door is available in a range of styles including stable doors and a state of the art FD30 rated fire door.

The doors hold full Secured by Design accreditation. Customers can also choose from a range of glazing options and hardware including locking mechanism, hinges, handles, numerals and letter plates.

Trade customers can benefit from a easy online ordering system, Craig Johnson, Emplas sales and marketing manager, explained: “Each trade customer has their own password to login in to a secure area online to order the doors they need. They can price the door on-line, as it shows the price throughout the process as you design the door based on the size and style required.

“Our customers can design and order the doors they need through this simple ordering system, ensuring we offer a rapid turnaround and allowing them the flexibility of altering the specification at any time during the ordering process”, he added.
