Investing in people brings success

KAT UK has been successfully reviewed at its recent Investors in People assessment. This will be their 7th year of success working with the organisational development framework.

Achieving the Investors in People standard represents a commitment to employees and demonstrates a solid foundation of good practice which remains challenging and aspirational for many organisations.

Managing director Jonathan Sheard said: “KAT believes in training opportunities and improvement incentives to help our staff achieve their goals – and in turn enhances the efficiency and service provided by the company. We are proud to have achieved this award again for the seventh year.”

With over 60 employees, KAT UK has been an Investors in People organisation since 2004 and offers all staff the opportunity to advance in their role within the company.
