Product range expanded

Commercial and domestic aluminium manufacturer TWR Trade Frames has expanded its product range to include aluminium vertical sliding windows and wide-span patio doors.

Director Terry Richardson says that the move is due to increased demand for these products. Terry also says that TWR bi-folds – the dedicated bi-fold division of the business - is looking to partner with bi-fold manufacturers and suppliers that may want to offer other aluminium products to their customers, but don’t have the capacity to make them in-house.

TWR Trade Frames – which incorporates TWR bi-folds – is a family run business and a long -established manufacturer and supplier of commercial and domestic aluminium products; and is known for its super-fast lead times on aluminium bi-folds; and installation support programme.

Terry Richardson, Managing Director of TWR Bi-folds comments: “The commercial and domestic aluminium market is a lucrative one for installers and expanding our range of products will allow our installer customers to win more profitable business in it.

“We don’t just supply to installers either. We also partner with single product fabricators to offer them extra aluminium products, allowing them to expand their product range without incurring additional manufacturing costs.”

TWR Bi-folds can supply aluminium bi-folds on super-fast lead times. Recent investment in an in-house colour coating facility means the company offer aluminium bi-folds in any RAL colour, on a six-day lead time.

The move has seen the company named the ‘Usain Bolt’ of the industry.

Terry concludes: “The number of non-residential new builds is at its highest since 2007 according to recent reports. Couple this with rising domestic demand for aluminium products and installers have market share to take. What we’re doing is about helping them to take advantage of these growth opportunities.”
