Ripton Windows is a happy Deceuninck customer. The Hampshire-based window company sells and installs a wide range of Deceuninck products. Ten years ago Ripton was buying Deceuninck windows, but at the time Deceuninck’s UK presence was low and it was easier to swap to another profile.

Around 18 months ago, when Deceuninck began to make more noise in the market, Ripton switched back to Deceuninck, buying from Dekko Windows.

Matthew Ripton says: “We love Deceuninck’s products! This made it an obvious choice for us. Particularly the 2800 system. It’s a slim line, better looking version of a popular product. The new products they are bringing into the market are also great. The Slide & Swing will soon be taking pride of place in our showroom.”

The service that runs alongside the product has given Ripton a big boost: “I’ve never known a systems company to work so closely with a fabricator, let alone with an installer. The fact that I can have phone calls with Roy is a revelation. It’s a real breath of fresh air.

“Roy could run Deceuninck like a normal systems company – just supply the product – but he does so much more. All I would say is just keep doing what you’re doing!”
