Decorative expansion

DOUBLE R GLASS & ROOFING SYSTEMS has announced the expansion of its Decorative and Specialist IGU Centre with the addition of a 2,500sq ft manufacturing facility.

“The demand for something different – whether coloured front doors or decorative glass – is showing no sign of slowing down,” explained Managing Director Ian Sims “and because we believe in staying ahead of market trends on behalf of our customers, we wanted to add additional capacity to this area of the business before we needed to.

“The specialist division, as with the rest of our business, is dedicated to delivering top quality and offers a wide range of services including: fused tile panels, sandblasting, supply only sandblast resists, lead soldering and decorative bevel panels. The Centre also offers training to customers who want more information and support in this area.

“Double R believes in forming long-term relationships with customers but to do this we need to consistently deliver what they need, when they need it. Expanding to stay ahead of growing demand allows us to do exactly that.”
