First fitter Dale rises through the ranks

Dale Clements, who was the first ever fitter to join THE WINDOW COMPANY (CONTRACTS), has been promoted to its Installations Manager.

Dale has grown with the business, first becoming site supervisor and now being promoted to this new role managing all of the company’s installation teams.

The Window Company (Contracts), which was G-14 Installer of the Year, has recognised and rewarded Dale’s long term commitment but also his success in shaping and developing its outstanding fitting capabilities.

With up to 15 fitting teams working on commercial projects in various parts of London and the South East at any one time, Dale is responsible for ensuring that there is consistency and continuity on every site. Part of his role is to act as a liaison between clients, residents and fitters to ensure that jobs run as smoothly as possible and to provide a dedicated contact point for any queries.

He says:  “As the current holders of the Installer of the Year title, I know how important it is for The Window Company to set the very highest standards on every installation we do, and I’m determined not just to maintain those standards but to push on for even further improvements as well.”
