Business Development Manager for Southern England

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager for Southern England area has arisen at Evolution Group. We are a fast growing designer and manufacturer of Timber Alternative windows & doors, and constantly improving our product offering to ensure that our customers are at the forefront of innovation in fenestration.

The successful applicant will be a dynamic and driven individual with proven account management experience.

Core Responsibilities

To continually develop and expand your customer portfolio within the defined territory, increase the number of active customers and ensure that KPIs and targets are met.

To monitor and analyse customer performance and regularly review on-going campaigns to deliver the best results for customers.

Produce a territory plan to define how customer and company targets will be achieved 

Skills & experience

A proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering exceptional sales results in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment

Account leadership - able to clearly articulate a vision of any plan with passion, ambition and energy

Experience of managing a territory 

A positive 'can-do' attitude 

Superb client relationship management skills

Full and clean driving licence

Attractive salary & commission & car & benefits.
