Creating warmer and more secure homes across North Lincolnshire

Anglian Building Products are proud to be working in partnership with North Lincolnshire Homes and their other appointed partners Bullock Construction and Mears to deliver the Government’s Decent Homes standard to their residents’ properties.

Eighteen months into the project and Anglian has supplied and installed high-quality windows and doors to over 3,000 homes throughout North Lincolnshire exceeding their monthly target and delivering real customer satisfaction.

Over the next three years, a further 2,900 homes will receive replacement PVCu windows, composite doors and roofline products. This all forms part of the £17 million window replacement scheme to upgrade their residents’ properties - creating better homes.

Throughout the programme, Anglian continues to carefully manage all aspects of the project from their depot based in Scunthorpe, The dedicated Resident Liaison Officers ensure that every resident is visited and provided with a bespoke Resident Information Handbook. They also assess and identify any varying needs and arrange for appropriate actions to be undertaken.
