Composite door manufacturer makes switch

One of the UK’s leading composite door manufacturers has switched to TGI®-Spacer M to improve the thermal performance of its products. North Lincolnshire based Rocal were using an aluminium spacer within the 30mm sealed units of its Endurance doors but wanted to upgrade to a warm edge solution, and needed this spacer to be 22mm.

The recently launched TGI®-Spacer M is a high performance warm edge spacer which can be processed on all standard bending machines. It offers numerous benefits to manufacturers and end users alike such as better sightlines, lower material costs and increased thermal performance.
