HWL PROVIDES COMPLETE RESIDENCE 9 SERVICE FOR NWS WINDOWS

When approached by homeowners renovating an old vicarage in East Cowton, near Darlington, window installation company National Window Systems turned to HWL Windows Group to provide a complete Residence 9 window system. 
 National Window Systems has been a HWL customer for eight years, with the company supplying all its PVCu and aluminium window and door requirements. The homeowners chose National Window Systems to install the windows as the company had been recommended to them by their builder. 
 
“Our customers initially wanted aluminium frames, but their property is in a Conservation Area. I suggested they look at Residence 9 because I knew that planners had approved them as an alternative to timber in this particular area. I also knew that the low maintenance properties of the frames would appeal to our customer,” said Steve Bell, Managing Director at National Window Systems. “They chose a silver-oak finish – because they felt the colour would complement their anthracite gray garage doors and the sandy-coloured bricks of the property. They also liked the flush fitting of the window which they thought added to its aesthetics.”
 On carrying out an on-site survey, they requested profile systems from HWL Windows Group to include a circular window to the front of the property.

 “We’d never supplied a circular Residence 9 window before and neither had HWL, so it was a first for us both!,” said Steve. “Both our teams worked together on the design of the window and HWL shares the same commitment to customer care that we do – so we knew we would reach a satisfactory end result!”
