LIVING UP TO ITS PROMISES
14th October 2014

When True Windows was looking for a new machining centre and bead saw for its aluminium fabrication division, it wanted the machinery to be delivered and installed within just three weeks of placing the order and was determined to find a supplier which could match this.

True Windows found that it was only Emmegi (UK) which could promise the delivery and which, in fact, would only accept the order once it had established that it could guarantee that promise.

Emmegi (UK) Managing Director Ian Latimer says that much of his company’s reputation has been built on its commitment to customer service and that this is very much in line with how it routinely operates. He says: “We know how important it is for machines to be delivered on time and for a fabricator to be operational and making money from that machine as soon as possible, so we always maintain a tight focus on our logistics and delivery scheduling.

“We have our own facility in Coventry where we can hold some machines awaiting delivery and we also have a very efficient relationship with our manufacturing plant in Italy which means we can give accurate delivery timescales and our customers can be reassured that we will stick to them.”

True Windows has invested in a new Emmegi T3a Phantomatic 3 axis machining centre and a new EBS250 Upcut beadsaw complete with manual measuring. These are being used to produce aluminium frames in the Comar system which True has recently added to its range.

Keith True, Managing Director of True Windows, is delighted with the service he received. He said: “I couldn’t fault the service I received from Martin, Neil and Pete at Emmegi (UK) who sold and installed the machines for us. They did just what they said they would and we were kept informed and updated throughout the process.

“They made sure that they minimised disruption during the installation and both machines are now operating well. They have given us a great platform to step up our focus on aluminium in partnership with Comar.”
