WB Group has hailed its recent online overhaul a big success after positive early feedback from its customers. The North East-based business commissioned two new mobile responsive websites from the industry’s digital specialists, The Consultancy.
 
The company, which fabricates and manufactures PVCu windows and doors, PVCu door infill panels & GRP composite doors approached The Consultancy looking for a new WB Home brand, a bespoke online ordering system, a door-designer and two separate homeowner and trade websites.
 
The Consultancy delivered the full package giving WB Group a complete online system, which was recently launched.
 
Tony Craggs, Managing Director of WB Group, said: “The two websites and online ordering system have just launched and although it’s early days they’re already making an impact. We are getting excellent feedback from both homeowners and trade customers.”
 
The Consultancy designed two websites; one specifically for trade customers and one for homeowners called WB Home. The new WB Group site ( www.wbgroup.co.uk) is mobile responsive and allows traders to login through the new WB Gateway where they can access a tailored online ordering system.
 
The site WB Home (www.wbhome.co.uk) was a complete new venture for the company and was branded by The Consultancy. The site is mobile responsive and was built to support the company’s trade users, giving them an extra marketing tool to point customers towards. It allows homeowners to see all of WB Group’s products as well as use the bespoke Door Designer, which sends quotes instantly through to traders.
 
Tony added: “I knew The Consultancy was the way to go after speaking to others in the industry. After some initial research about the company and seeing their portfolio I decided to enquire and sent through an email.

 “They quickly responded and set up a meeting, from an initial brief I had created they talked me through the services they provided and how they would be able to tailor each product to meet our needs.

 “Because of the nature of the project and the specifics we were looking for, I was able to work closely with The Consultancy, having regular meetings and phone calls to keep up with progress and ensure everything fit to our exact specifications.
 
“From the first point of contact until completion The Consultancy delivered everything they set out to do within a short time period. They are responsive, flexible and I would not hesitate to recommend them.”
 
WB Group’s project is another to add to The Consultancy’s growing portfolio. On top of an already successful year the company has also been shortlisted for the Digital Specialist 2014 by the National Fenestration Awards.
