FIVE STAR TRI-SLIDER

Patio Door Specialists (PDS) have recently supplied three Kömmerling triple track Tri-Slider patio doors for a stunning tiled Garden Room installation near the Malvern Hills, by Kidderminster based 5 Star Windows and Conservatories.  
 
This project involved the installation of three triple track Tri-Slider patio doors around the sides and front of the Garden Room, which incorporated a traditional roof construction and tiles to match the main fabric of the house. Structural steel posts were specified by a qualified structural engineer in the overall design and two automated Velux roof lights were also incorporated into the roof, for added light in the vaulted ceiling. 
 
Tri-Slider is an innovative triple track patio door from PDS and offers a genuine alternative to a bi-folding door, offering around 25% more glass area, based on a 4.5m span. All three door sashes in the Tri-Slider door can slide both ways and there is also a 6 pane option with a maximum frame width of 9m. This also makes for an excellent room commercial room divider.
