£20,000 for kids’ event

ROOF MAKER, manufacturer of skylights, roof windows and bifold doors, has donated over £20,000, at the annual ‘Kids Out’ Question of Sport fundraising event in London last month, the second year in a row it has contributed to the event.
Scott Nicholas and Rachel Owen, founders of Roof-Maker, donated the main auction prize and the company also hosted a table, contributing over £20,000 of the £100,000 raised on the evening.
Scott said: “We are committed to being a socially responsible organisation and the work that Kids Out does year on year touches all our hearts. We feel very proud to be supporting such a worthwhile charity.”
Roof Maker’s staff frequently get involved in charitable fundraising initiatives, such as Children in Need, Wear it Pink and DIY SOS.
