Ace Aluminium To Purchase New Head Office Following £525,000 In Funding
14th July 2015

Stockton-On-Tees based speciality glazing business Ace Aluminium and Architectural Services Ltd (ACE ALUMINIUM) is to purchase a new head office in nearby Great Ayton following £525,000 funding from Santander Corporate & Commercial.

Ace Aluminium supplies and installs curtain walling, windows and doors and offers a full project consultancy service to help with feasibility, logistics, design and cost analysis. Clients include Bradford City Council, Wakefield District Council and Redcar Council.

The company is forecasting turnover of £2.5 million for the forthcoming year, with continued healthy profits. Following exceptional growth and demand from clients, the £525,000 funding from Santander Corporate & Commercial will be used to purchase a new property in Great Ayton which will become the firm’s head office. The property also includes two cottages which will be let out as holiday lets for visitors to the area.

Andrew Platts, Director, Ace Aluminium, said: “The new property is a great opportunity for the business as it will provide more space, allowing for potential expansion and future growth. The team at Santander has been extremely supportive throughout the process and we are confident that this move will be a great next step for us.”
