CWG Choices Limited, a leading window, door and conservatory manufacturer has the following opportunity at the Aldridge site.

Primary function:

Overall responsibility for manufacturing and logistics of the Aldridge operation. Direct responsibility for health, safety, environment, quality and technical development. Lead and drive operational performance improvement and delivery of output, to set budget levels and ensure cost control.

Lead and drive a performance culture on site with strong customer focus and highest levels of service. Responsible for ensuring a seamless customer delivery experience, regardless of supply source involving oversight of logistics with internal supply partners.

Salary: Competitive, and includes fully expensed company vehicle
