Suppliers on show with Promac at Fensterbau
14th February 2012

In the run up to Fensterbau, the first big show of the season, Promac is busy working with its machinery supply partners to ensure their presence at this year’s show doesn’t go unnoticed. With representation from all of the key players in the European machinery sector, Joe Hague, Group Commercial Director of Promac explains: “Fensterbau is a hugely popular exhibition with over 100,000 visitors expected over the four days, and always provides a fantastic platform from which our supply partners can showcase their latest innovations.

“There will be a strong presence from industry giant U-R-B-A-N the market leading manufacturer of precision PVC window production machinery. Visitors will be able to see a variety of demonstrations such as their space and time saving FBA 2500/2 Sash Assembly Unit, the vertical glass bonding station GVS, the AKS 6900 Welding Station which is able to process multiple profile sizes in one go, as well as the SV800 Corner Cleaning Line and new for this year the Automatic Glass Storage and Sorting system that integrates glass units into the PVC production process.

“We are also delighted to support Italmac who for the past 15 years has been committed to manufacturing high spec machine-tools and innovative CNC equipment for the production and processing of Aluminum. Their stand will showcase the ‘Spring’ a 4 axis machining centre along with the multiple bar processing centre ‘Pegaso’ which is a 3,4 and 5 axis machining centre and new for this year is the ‘Turn’ 4 axis CNC machining centre and a variety of mitre saws.

“Pertici will be showcasing Cutting and Machining Centres, Millers, Corner Cleaners and Welders which can be applied to either aluminium or PVC production. There will also be exhibits from cutting and machining specialists BJM and Rapid so all in all there will be a fantastic range of capital equipment on display.

“It is extremely important for us and our suppliers to be able to demonstrate the latest machinery solutions that we can offer the market, and exhibitions are an effective way of doing this. Our suppliers have always played an important role in developing relevant and innovative machinery solutions so it’s great for us to support them at shows like Fensterbau.”
