Groundwork Pennine Lancashire is a social enterprise operating throughout Lancashire – their aim is to help people and organisations make changes in order to create better neighbourhoods, to build skills and job prospects, and to live and work in a greener way. Ultraframe won the Climate Change Adaptation Award (sponsored by The Environment Agency).
