covering:

Beating the Recession with Service Excellence
Benefits of Training from a Shop Floor Perspective
Cultural Awareness for Employers of Foreign Nationals
Ensuring Return on Investment in Training
New Industry Qualifications
Waste Management and Environmental Management Systems

Outlining details on its website, Glass Training said: “A number of businesses have decided against holding conferences this year, putting blame on the current economic crisis. But we believe that working together to come up with solutions to our problems will strengthen the industry as a whole and give individual companies the tools they need to survive the recession.”

The conference will be held at the Novotel Manchester Centre on October 15-16, 2009 and with the number of delegates limited to 60.
