QUICKSLIDE has endorsed its recent growth by taking on 39 new members of staff since April, including three Sales Account Managers and 26 Fabricators.

The recruitment is a combination of individuals from within and outside the industry – a deliberate move to ensure continuous improvement, as managing director Ben Weber explained:

“Bringing in so many new faces could have been a challenge, but our employees have settled into life at Quickslide brilliantly. It was a conscious decision to look for individuals who aren’t so familiar with glazing, as in many cases it is the transferrable skills and personalities not their knowledge that makes them compatible.

Among those joining Quickslide is Sandra Berg, an ex employee who took time out of her marketing role to travel. Returning as Marketing Manager, she is responsible for upholding the brand credentials of Quickslide, and maintaining a two-way dialogue between the company and its installer customers which communicates the great service and quality they have come to expect

“I missed Quickslide while I was away. I feel like I’m not just employed by them, but by all our customers, too. Now I’ve come back into the fold, the goal is to continue building up the trusted relationship we have with our Quickslide community and supporting their unwavering expertise, “ she said.”
