Capacity doubled

Hertfordshire-based Welglaze has doubled its capacity for mechanical-look flush casements with investments including a Heritage Machinery Package from Haffner Murat.
Adrian Barraclough (pictured), Chairman of the fabricator’s owner, Audasi Holdings, said: “Consumers today are looking for a window as close to authentic timber as possible. Our investment in the Haffner Murat machinery allows us to weld the Deceunink flush window by milling the end of the profile, welding the corner joints together to give a butt joint finish on the outside of the profile.”
“This latest machinery investment will allow us to continue to meet demand for this collection, and increase our ability to offer the very best in product quality.
“There are enough companies offering cheap white windows; we are keen to establish Welglaze as a premium product fabricator, offering woodgrains, colours and more authentic windows, making windows furniture again”
