Two returners

MASTERFRAME has announced that Ramon Rabett is returning to the role of to Technical and Compliance Director after temporarily heading up production and Greg Ponds has returned to the company after six years to become Head of Production.

The appointments follow last week’s announcement that Carol Slade took on the role of managing director after its founder and MD Alan Burgess became Group Chairman.

Greg said: “I’m thrilled to be back with Masterframe Windows. We have a very loyal customer base and it is important they receive the same level of quality as we grow.”

Ramon, pictured, left, with Alan and Carol, added : “As specialists who led the development of the modern sliding sash window, and as the trade choice for sash windows it’s important we continue to develop and introduce new products. I look forward to ensuring we deliver that.”

Carol joined the board in 2008 to take on the responsibility of Operations, Finance and HR, and shortly after, took on the additional responsibility of Sales & Operations Director. She said: “To be appointed Managing Director is a real honour, I’m delighted to take on the role and look forward to guiding the business in a positive direction over the coming years.”

Alan added: “Greg has settled in very quickly, allowing Ray more time to focus on the technical aspects of the business. Carol is an amazing person full of drive; her appointment will see the group continue in its growth.”
