Flush reaches 25%

TRUFRAME reports that sales of its flush sash window have now reached 25% of all of its window production.

Managing Director David Firmager said: “Our flush sash window has been incredibly well adopted throughout 2017, as installers look to a new sales opportunity and a shift in emphasis to a flush appearance and equal sightlines. Careful hand finishing, along with period inspired hardware make this a compelling product proposition, as our installers have enjoyed and will continue to do so, as this remains one of the most defining uPVC window options for consumers.’

The TruFrame flush sash window is based on the six-chambered EnergyPlus outer frame from Liniar and a flush sash profile that’s designed to accommodate the industry standard 28mm double glazed unit.

In addition to the standard welded flush sash, TruFrame has developed Refine, a fully mechanically jointed version. Both options are Secured by Design Accredited, said to make them the only flush sash windows in the UK to achieve this accreditation.
