Industry Sales Veteran Lindsay Returns to the Synseal Fold

Paul’s specific role is to head the external sales team, provide senior management contact for the fabricator customer base and to deliver support for these key customers to ensure their growth. It is something that Paul is very good at, having worked closely with many fabricators during an uninterrupted time in the industry. Now Paul is happy to return to what he believes is the most dynamic brand in the business: “I enjoyed my time at Synseal back in the ‘nineties and there are still some faces at the company from then. Synseal has of course changed dramatically, as has the industry. The company is much bigger today and with many more products and of course is much more sophisticated to cope with the greater expectations customers have now. I am delighted to be back to lead the task of ensuring our fabricator customers have the products and tools by which their businesses can grow.”
Synseal Sales Director Tim Armitage is delighted to have Paul on board: “Our fabricators will benefit from Paul’s leadership of our external team. He knows the business inside out and understands the issues and challenges facing fabricators. He will be able to talk to everyone on their terms to ensure we as a business know how to provide the very best support for them. We are passionate about this and Paul is hard evidence of that.”
Paul, who is married with a son and a daughter, has had to give up his season ticket to Hearts as the match day journey from his Warwickshire home was proving onerous, despite his lifelong passion. He now contents himself by living out his football fantasies through playing in a Dads’ Midweek Football League.
