New Eco 75
The new Eco 75 window and door system from Reynaers has been specifically developed for the refurbishment market. Compatible with the existing Eco Open Out profiles and accessories, the new system features 75mm deep outer frames, making it particularly suitable for use in housing, schools and other public buildings.
Ideal for the replacement of timber and plastic frames, Eco 75 is highly cost-effective in terms of the full life cycle of a building. Furthermore the system has a visual appeal, which makes it particularly suitable for refurbishment projects. It replicates traditional frame styles, but uses modern materials that are structurally robust, offering very low maintenance, with a good thermal and acoustic performance and with high security as standard.
Available in three frame types; Squareline, Softline and Ovoline – a quarter round convex moulding much used in classical architecture – Eco 75 gives specifiers the flexibility to select as close a match as possible to the original frames and can be supplied in dual colour options. Likewise it is also compatible with a limitless range of handles, a selection of which is available from Reynaers, ensuring compatibility with existing fittings.
Available in a range of glass thicknesses from 4mm – 32mm, Eco 75 is internally beaded, helping it to meet the same stringent security standards as required by the Secured by Design initiative, permitting both more security and ease of glazing for high rise applications. A direct fixing option, which minimises installation times, aperture, lining and finishing details, is particularly beneficial on school and hospital refurbishments, making unit replacement and finishing fast and easy.
