A creditable achievement

Thirteen credit professionals working at the SYNSEAL GROUP have achieved three-time Chartered Institute of Credit Management Quality accreditation (CICMQ).

The assessor’s report described a determined team that has overcome challenges and continues to be recognised as a best practice department. One of the specific best practice examples highlighted in the report was the department’s introduction of a new matrix, the Exposure, Risk and Reward (ERR) process which evaluates the profitability of high-risk customers.

Senior Credit Manager David Hughes said: “CICMQ accreditation is a well-respected asset and we are very proud to be the only company in the fenestration industry to hold this accreditation, which is a great advantage for our customers.
