Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager

Award winning commercial installer The Window Company (Contracts) Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager with great leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail and proven commercial skills and awareness.
 
You’ll be responsible for delivering projects on time and on budget, ensuring compliance with Building Regs, Health and Safety and best practice policies, and managing suppliers, contractors and your own teams of fitters.
 
We want you to be able to demonstrate experience in dealing face to face with clients, a good understanding of tender documents, drawings and calculating margins, and good time management skills 
 
It goes without saying that you’ll need to be decisive, reliable and ready to take on any challenge, as well as being committed to upholding our values and work ethics at all times and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
