Revised model contract includes new consumer act

The GGF has updated its downloadable Model Terms and Conditions of Contract to include consideration of Consumer Rights Act 2015 which came into effect last month.

The new contract, which supersedes the existing one published last May, is free to all GGF members but is also available for non-members to purchase via the online GGF shop:

along with the existing Guidance On Implementation Of The EU Consumer Rights Directive, which explains the details of the Consumer Contracts Regulations implemented in 2014.

The GGF will also be shortly publishing an article on the main changes brought about by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which affect the glazing industry.
