Security upgrade brings benefits

Homeowners can be offered extra guarantees, cheaper insurance and other benefits with the optional higher security GLAZERITE Vertical Slider now the fabricator has changed to the Balance UK hardware from ERA.

Every VS manufactured to the Document Q / Secured By Design standard from trade fabricator Glazerite Windows Ltd will now offer the ERA Five-Star Guarantee, with a number of benefits including:

• A ten-year guarantee against forced entry plus payment of insurance excess in the event of a claimed failure of the products

• Access to a 24/7, 365-day callout service to secure the property in the unlikely event of forced entry through the window

• Up to £1,000 towards repairs in the event of a break-in, plus another £1,000 to cover the homeowner’s inconvenience

• Special home insurance discounts via ERA’s recommended broker and some other providers.
