Steve is new Force 8 Operations Manager

FORCE 8, the Stockport based trade fabricator has appointed Steve Williams as the new operations manager to implement the next stage of its strategy to, reform and continue its growth plans.

Steve has over 26 years of experience in the fenestration industry, overseeing the strategic, operational and customer focused delivery process of PVC-u and aluminium doors and windows in the trade, commercial and retails sectors with Rehau, Duraflex, Veka, Sapa and Smart Systems.

Steve said: “Force 8 have been a major player in the trade and commercial sector for a number of years and I was delighted to have the opportunity to join a long established company that wants to expand.  With the new measures put into place the staff have a renewed interest in their work and this is evident in our end product.

Managing Director Dennis Sumner added: “Steve joins us at a very exciting time and is a valued member of the Force 8 team.  We are going through a dynamic period of growth and change, becoming more active in the trade supply market and it is imperative that we focus on putting the customer first in everything we do. We have already seen improvements to work flow and quality control, and Steve will help to ensure that product quality remains high and lead times are kept as short as possible.  We have big plans over the next few years and Steve’s knowledge and experience will be invaluable”.
