Long-established fabricator Force 8 is taking its showroom on the road by offering to drop in on potential customers to show them the actual products on their way to deliveries.

“If you would like to inspect the quality of Force 8’s products, but can’t afford the time to visit the factory, Force 8 will now come to you” said Managing Director Dennis Sumner, “Our fleet of vehicles is delivering nationwide on a daily basis, and can now make detours to allow prospective customers to view the quality of our products, thanks to our satellite tracking system.”

“These will not be showroom polished products; they will be actual doors and frames that are on their way to be delivered and fitted. This demonstrates the confidence we have in our products.

He continued: “We are the only company that I am aware of using a computer controlled CNC machine to cut the necessary rebates in our composite doors for hardware. The accuracy achieved by this method means that customers can even use their own hardware with the assurance it will fit perfectly. We have been producing quality products for over 25 years with a reputation seconded to none, offering prospect customers the chance to view real products was an easy decision.”

Customers will have chance to inspect Force 8’s unique no-weld profile bending system, which means an arched door frame is one single length of profile, therefore improving the strength and quality of the finish. At present, claims Force 8, no other company has replicated this system of bending...

This blend of frames and doors has allowed Force 8 to develop unique combinations to suite any size or situation, and gives the installation company far more flexibility when dealing with customers.
