visionVision Windows grow 21% with “Customer First” policy

Vision Windows, the Sheffield based trade fabricator, has bucked the current trend with sales up 21% in 2008, and further growth is expected in 2009.

The man behind the company, Allan Ensor, explains their “Customer First” policy makes all the difference. “Unlike many national fabricators, Vision is not obsessed with volume; we are a regional trade fabricator with focus on excellent customer service and personal attention with every customer. This genuine approach has enabled us to grow steadily year on year. ”

Vision Windows manufactures Kommerling Connoisseur 70mm windows and doors along with Smarts aluminium range of products including windows, bi-folds, patio doors, and shop fronts, however Allan believes it is service not product brand that makes the difference. “If an installer receives poor service it doesn’t matter if the profile system is gold-plated or the fabricator is 10% cheaper – in today’s market place consumers are unforgiving, so installers need a supplier they can totally trust and rely on.”

Visions ‘Customer First’ initiative can be seen throughout the business, from the office to the factory floor – and every customer has Allan’s direct dial number. After a successful year Allan is optimistic about the next 12 months despite a gloomy outlook for the industry “We’ve invested in a new £350,000 machining centre, new product developments and in-house training to enable us to meet the challenges ahead.”
