Sealing cavity wall gaps

New ISO-BLOCO FILLER from ISO-Chemie provides a fast and cost effective solution for sealing the cavity wall and weatherproofing the window in a check reveal situation.

Specifically developed for cavity walls applications, ISO BLOCO FILLER is fitted between the inner and outer brick walls to provide a high performance, reliable and effective sealing tape solution for all weather protection.

A special elastic foam filler block provides the basis for sealing the window against the brickwork before forming an airtight closure between the window and the wall aperture to ensure compliance with window energy saving regulations (EnEV) and the RAL quality assurance association. The second component is a foam sealing bar designed to seal the window frame against the outer wall and protect the window connection joint against the elements.

ISO-BLOCO FILLER can be installed all the way around the cavity aperture to provide an airtight seal, providing an ideal solution for check reveals of up to 30%

Resistant to temperatures between -30ºC to +90ºC, product is available in a range of options depending on installation requirements: 1000 x 60 x 60 for gaps 60 – 44 mm; 1000 x 60 x 80 for gaps 80 – 60 mm, and 1000 x 60 x 100 for gaps 100 – 80 mm.
