British Chamber nomination

Sliding and folding door hardware manufacturer P C HENDERSON has been announced as a finalist in this year’s British Chamber Awards and will now compete against eight other companies for the title of UK Export Business of the Year.

The nomination comes after P C Henderson was crowned winner of the Export Award at the North East of England Business Awards in April. The firm has now gone on  to be chosen by the North East England Chamber of Commerce, against hundreds of entries, to represent the region at the National Awards.

Managing director Trevor Cossins said: “The British Chamber Awards is one of the most contested and prestigious award programmes in the UK. To be announced as a finalist is a huge achievement for us and we see it as an independent seal of approval for the hard work and dedication we put into exporting”.

P C Henderson’s export sales currently account for 70% of its overall sales. The company exports to over 70 countries worldwide and its sliding and folding door hardware can be seen in a variety of applications across the globe including hotels, offices, restaurants, shops, homes, warehouses and airports.
