ENLARGED DESIGN AND MARKETING TEAM PRECEDES SIGNATURE BRAND DEVELOPMENT

The Signature brand, developed by Pioneer Trading to support its elite installers, is to have the design team responsible for backing its dealers increased by 50% as more dealers come on board and in preparation for a move into other product areas.

Having stepped into the world of online marketing when the Signature brand was first created two years ago to support the company’s newly developed and launched Signature window, Pioneer has evolved to become one of the industry’s most sophisticated Internet marketeers. To support significantly increased activity to optimise the search engine rankings of its own web site and those of its dealers in addition to providing online and general marketing support for them, the full time in-house marketing team has now been increased from four to six, with continued growth planned for 2013 as additional products are added to the Signature portfolio.
Pioneer has recently launched Signature Solar and plans to add other product groups as the brand grows. Pioneer Managing Director Danny Wiliams says that the priorities have changed for the company: “Pioneer remains fundamentally a trade window, door and conservatory fabrictor,” he said. “But whilst the majority of our customers are happy with quality products, decent service and competitive prices, many of them have joined the Signature Dealer Network and are now enjoying a whole new world of business as a result.

“They still get the great products but they also enjoy us helping them to drive customers to their door through the marketing provided for them by our team. The Signature brand is now the key to our operation, with further products being added to enable them and new dealers to make the most of their growing customer-bases. That is where our investment is at Pioneer,” added Danny.
