PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICE RECOGNISED AT G-12s

Business Micros is celebrating the news that its Project Management Service has been shortlisted for the Customer Care Initiative of the Year at the G-12 Awards.

The Business Micros’ Project Management service is a proactive initiative which allows customers to ‘buy’ the services of one of Business Micros’ highly skilled and experienced Project Management team for a fixed number of days per month.

These dedicated Project Managers provide bespoke programming, reporting, training, development and advice and act as an extension to a customer’s in house IT department. Their objective is to help customers leverage maximum competitive advantage from their software set up and feedback from big name fabricators including, A&B Group, Dekko, Glazerite, Pearl Window Systems and TruFrame has so far been universally positive.
