‘New town’ style

Around 200 SPECTUS Flush Tilt & Turn Windows were specified and installed in the construction of 44 social housing properties for Crawley Borough Council in a contemporary interpretation of the Crawley ‘new town’ style.

Jade Window and Door Specialists, a Spectus Approved Window Contractor managed the fabrication and installation of the windows, in anthracite grey.

The development was situated near several busy roads, which meant acoustic glazing was required on some elevations.

Councillor Stephen Joyce, Cabinet member for Housing at Crawley Borough Council, said: “We’re investing millions of pounds in much-needed affordable housing and these developments will help to address the high demand in Crawley.”
