Ritec pushes the boat out
Ritec International and its partners are launching the famous Glasstec Boat from Monday 27 September to Friday 1 October 2010.
Anyone attending the show as an exhibitor or visitor is welcome to book a well-equipped cabin aboard the first class MS Swiss Crystal Hotelship, moored on the Rhine in the centre of Düsseldorf. Ritec is providing free coaches to take guests directly to the exhibition in the morning. In the evenings, it is just a short walk to the restaurants and bars in the bustling Altstadt (Old Town).
The luxurious MS Swiss Crystal Hotelship will provide the perfect place to unwind after a busy day at the world’s largest glass exhibition. Visitors and exhibitors will also get the chance to network during the lively Happy Hour events, which are hosted each evening and have been extended this year. Free drinks and snacks will be on offer from 7.00pm to 8.30pm Tuesday through to Thursday.
It is not surprising that such a comfortable and convenient place to stay is so popular, says Ritec’s managing director, Stephen Byers. “We don’t run this as a profit-making exercise and people really enjoy the relaxed and friendly atmosphere on board, which is why they come back show after show. In fact, cabins are already filling up fast, so book now if you don’t want to miss the boat!”
Glasstec 2010 also offers the ideal opportunity for Ritec to unveil the next stage in its international market re-launch of the ClearShield durable glass surface protection system. “Visitors to the show can expect to see our latest products and added value sales initiatives, all designed to help companies in the glass and glazing industry worldwide not only to beat global recession, but also to grow,” said Stephen Byers.
