New trade site

ULTRAFRAME has launched a new interactive trade website including a Customer Hub with a range of information and features, including online ordering, the booking system for training courses and marketing services such as the Media Library.
The site is continuing to be developed and soon, customers will also be able to design their own bespoke marketing campaigns, literature and samples via an online asset management system.
Marketing director Alex Hewitt explained: “Our new trade website brings together the many resources and information services that exist to make our customer’s lives easier all in one place. We have ensured that the site is not only packed full of information and features, but also that it is simple to use. For example, we understand that often, our customers may need a prompt answer to a technical query and so it was vital that visitors to the site could quickly navigate to the information that they need with the minimum number of clicks.
“Our product range is constantly evolving and so technical support is an essential part of our offering. In order to support our very busy technical support department, the new website features an FAQ section along with easy links to technical guides and installation videos to offer support, both pre and during an installation. By creating this online hub of information and practical tips, we aim to put the information needed by our customers at their fingertips, within a few clicks of a button – anywhere, anytime. We are committed to ensuring that Ultraframe customers have access to the very best conservatory and extension support services on the market and our new trade website is the latest tool to support this aim.”
