GGF appoints Interim Directors

The GGF today announced a number of senior management changes in the light of recent personnel departures, including two separate interim Chief Executives of its commercial arm, the Helix Group, to serve in two different time periods.

It says that Phil Pluck, CEO of the GGF has now been appointed Interim CEO of the GGF Group. Former GGF CEO Brian Baker has been appointed ‘short term Interim CEO’ of Helix Group, probably until early to mid-September, after which Kevin Buckley becomes ‘longer term Interim CEO’ of Helix Group for approximately six months. Also, Tony Morgan has been appointed Interim Finance Director.

Phil Pluck, said in a statement: “The GGF Group is an important part of the Federation and the industry, I am therefore delighted that we now have a strong team in place to maintain the high levels of service our subsidiary companies provide and to build for the future.”
