NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – MIGHTON PRODUCTS

Mighton Products is the UK market leader in the sash window hardware industry.
As part of an on-going strategy, we are seeking to recruit an experienced New Business Development Manager.
The role involves identifying potential new clients from the Timber and PVCu sectors and subsequent account development. Whilst this role will include cold calling clients from our own databases, you will be expected to have a portfolio of existing customers from one or both industries. You will be conversant with window hardware products and requirements.
Reporting to the Managing Director, your duties will include:
• Visiting clients
• Networking with industry professionals and organisations
• Coordinating with our sales and marketing departments
• Producing Sales forecasts reporting progress
• Keeping yourself up-to-date with company products and services
You will have the following skills/experience:
• At least 2 years’ continual experience working in a similar role in a related industry
• Be an effective communicator
• Be able to demonstrate consistent success in your previous posts
• Have a comprehensive knowledge of the market
• Be pro-active with regard to both sales and product development
