EMPLAS has promoted Clodagh Driscoll to be its new Customer Services Manager, with Rebecca Simmons stepping into her former role as Customer Services Team Leader.

Clodagh, joined Emplas in May 2008 in a telesales role, then marketing and sales support before moving into a customer support role in 2017.

She said: “I’ve always been supported and encouraged to develop my career while working here. This is the next step for me. I’ve been part of the team for three years, I’ve learnt a lot and built some great relationships with customers, who have genuinely become friends.”

Clodagh is supported in the management of the 15-strong department by Rebecca, who joined the Commercial Team in September 2013, after completing a degree in Business and Event Management.

“I wanted to join a company which would allow me to progress and develop my career and I’ve always been supported in that at Emplas”, she said.

“There’s genuinely a relationship between us as a team and our customers, we’re talking to them daily.  

You know how important each order is to their business and their ability to get the job done.
