New support materials for Safedoors customers
7th February 2012

Building on its successful launch, Safedoors is introducing a package of new customer support materials to drive sales, including new literature, display units and promotional items.

A Safedoors user guide is now available providing useful advice for homeowners on locking, warranties and cleaning and maintenance. Also new is a technical guide featuring detailed specifications and survey, fitting and glazing guidance.

For retail showrooms, a new freestanding display unit has been introduced to showcase the attractive door designs to potential customers, as well as Safedoors distributor stickers.

Safedoors is the new retail offer from Permadoor, the original composite door manufacturer, providing reliable, friendly service and a proven product range, all supported by the £multi-million Epwin Group.

Adrian Wyatt, Trade Sales Manager for Safedoors, said: “This new package of support once again shows why Safedoors is proving a compelling proposition for fabricators and installers.

“We’ve talked to customers about the type of support they need to drive sales and top of the list were door displays to create a strong showroom presence, leave-behind user guides to provide after-sales support to householders and technical guidance for trade customers to make installation as easy as possible and reduce callbacks.

“This latest initiative is further evidence of Safedoors’ partnership approach and our commitment to working with customers for the long-term.”

The Safedoors range offers 12 designs available in red, blue, green, white and black finishes, plus antique oak and rosewood woodgrain effects. All doors come complete with a full multipoint locking system and a choice of suited hardware including a knocker, letterplate, numerals and spyhole in gold, chrome, black, white or satin chrome finishes.

Each door has a fully reinforced 70mm PVC-U outer frame, high insulation foam core, strong through-coloured GRP facings and slim, low line aluminium thresholds with twin seals.

Part of the Epwin Group, an independent British business with substantial manufacturing and processing plants in the UK, Permadoor has a full suite of accreditations including ISO 9001(quality), ISO 14001 (environmental) and OHAS 18001 for health and safety.
