Bohle CEO steps down

The CEO of Bohle AG, Dr. Heinrich Ostendarp, has announced his intention to resign from his position as CEO, with the consent of the Supervisory Board, effective 31 March 2015. The company’s Chief Operating Officer, Arne Klöfkorn, will take over his duties until a decision has been made regarding a successor to Dr. Ostendarp.

Dr. Ostendarp was appointed to the Board of Bohle in 2006. Under his leadership, the company has rebuilt and developed its structure and organisation. Bohle has succeeded in strengthening its position as an international partner to the glass industry by meeting specific customer needs via a unique and highly innovative product portfolio.

The Supervisory Board has extended its gratitude to Dr. Ostendarp for his strong contribution to the company’s successful development over the past 9 years. Dr. Ostendarp will continue to advise the company on further developing new business and products till the end of 2015.
