Sliding door ‘ a major pull’ at Glasstec
6th November 2018
BOHLE reports ‘exceptional’ levels of interest in its MasterTrack premium internal sliding door system, at this year’s Glasstec.
With a 1,000m2 stand, Bohle’s offer formed a ‘micro exhibition’ in its own right, says the company, showcasing its innovations in glass hardware, processing tools, consumables and machinery technology.
This included MasterTrack, Bohle’s new internal sliding door system. Fitted in as little as 10-minutes and requiring no glass processing to install, it’s able to accommodate glass thickness from 8mm to 12.76mm and maximum sash weights of up to 150kg utilizing a single wall mounted or ceiling hung track.
“The rinning carriages are positioned flush with the edge of the glass”, said Managing Director, Dave Broxton. “There’s no measuring or glass processing involved. Glass is simply clamped between specially developed reprocessed cork pads and tightened to a specific torque.
