A £4.6 million project, Leighton Dene by Liverpool Mutual Homes, delivering family homes for affordable rent on a brownfield site, featured Optima Windows from PROFILE 22.

The scheme comprised 17 two-bedroom and five three-bedroom houses, as well as nine one-bed and three two-bed apartments. It was designed by architects Bowker Sadler and delivered in partnership with main contractor Willmott Dixon.

Profile 22 Approved Window Contractor Total Glass supplied Rochdale-based New Look Windows, a Category A preferred supplier with Willmot Dixon.

Profile 22’s Optima is rapidly becoming the commercial system of choice and Optima casement windows were specified for this project.
