Extrudaseal is a well established designer, manufacturer and supplier, specialising in extrusions of TPE, PVC, Nitrile, TPU and flexible profiles servicing the entire fenestration industry. As part of a Group they pride themselves on quality and service. Ambitious and forward thinking they are looking to strengthen their sales team as part of a growth strategy.
Role:
To target suitable new business opportunities that fit the client’s business model and pursue them with imagination, professionalism and determination. The successful candidate will be expected to play a full part in a small and ambitious team. A devolved management style will provide you with the freedom to develop the role and achieve success.
Candidates:
Skilled ‘prospectors’ who are able to seek out and deliver new business as well as maintaining and developing existing relationships, this is primarily a new business role
Proven sales ability
Self motivated and target driven
Disciplined and able to organise a busy schedule effectively
Focussed and persistent with a will to win, yet team players who will work effectively with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.
Knowledge of the window market and especially the Aluminium fenestration market would be an advantage but the successful candidate will possess and be able to demonstrate excellent sales skills.
Remuneration package:
Attractive, negotiable basic together with an attractive and meaningful bonus incentive and associated benefits. Car or allowance.
