ISO-Chemie seals Ecobuild 2015 with total solutions

‘Successful Sealing Has A System’ will be the theme of leading foam sealant tape producer ISO-Chemie’s stand (S2070) at Ecobuild 2015.

The company will also be showcasing its new ISO-TOP WINFRAMER, a structurally solid, pre-fabricated installation frame manufactured now available in a range of new variations and sizes. The frame can be quickly cut to length on site and secured in position using a single component adhesive and, if necessary, fixing screws.

The six sealing systems on display, covering different building types and functions, will include ISO3 Window system (which WINFRAMER is a part of), the ISOE EWI (External Wall Insulation) system, the ISOF Flame fire protection/fire rated product system (passive protection), and the ISOµ timber building system for a wide variety of timber frame buildings.

Peter Thompson, general manager UK for ISO-Chemie, said that with TRADA introducing a new test/certificate and logo for acoustic insulation of windows, based on the A-E energy system, Ecobuild will be opportune for showcasing sealing solutions for the sustainable design, construction and built environment.

He added: “Visitors will see that ISO-BLOCO ONE is A+ rated, providing a 63dB reduction as the best reduction necessary to get an A Rating on the certificate is 50dB reduction. The proposed new LHR runway will require windows to have 55dB reduction if they are under the flight path.”
