EUROCELL has introduced a self-contained composite wood Garden Room via its UK depot network, aimed at giving installers the opportunity to offer householders extra space.
The Garden Room is said to require no planning permission and can be installed in two dry days at any time of year. It is made with recycled composite wood walls with a core of insulation up to three times more than timber alternatives.
This energy efficiency is reinforced with 100mm thick cellular foam insulation in the roof, ‘A’ energy rated Eurocell double glazed windows and Eurocell French doors with high security, multipoint locking.
Homeowners can choose between two versions: a standard room or one with a canopy and integral decking area.
Once the base is laid, the garden room can be assembled using hand drill, handsaw, jigsaw, 17mm spanner, 4mm hex bit, Phillips head bit and a hammer. It is supplied with all windows, doors, fascias, soffits, a pre-routed electrical socket board and self-finished walls.
Doors and windows are supplied in either Anthracite Grey or White and the composite wood panels can be chosen in four colours: Ancient Black, Wild Brown, Salt Lake Silver or Antique Ash. Five sizes of room are available – 3316mm x 2316mm, 3316mm x 3316mm, 4862mm x 2316mm, 4862mm x 3316mm and 6408mm x 3316mm.
It comes with a 25-year guarantee.
